The Site and the Drive, Chip & Putt Championship are made available by DCP Championship, LLC, together with its founders and owners, the Masters Tournament Foundation (the “MTF”), the PGA of America (the “PGA”) and the United States Golf Association (the “USGA”), (“we or us”). We know that your privacy is important to you, and we want you to know that it is important to us too. We created this privacy policy (the “Policy”) to explain the types of information we collect on or through the Site in connection with the Drive, Chip & Putt Championship (the “DCP Championship”) and how we will use, disclose and protect this information once it is collected. By visiting our Site, you agree to the terms of this Policy as they may be amended from time to time.

This Policy is incorporated into, and part of, our Terms of Use, which govern your use of our Site as a whole. This Policy does not apply to other websites owned or operated by the USGA, the MTF or the PGA separately. What Information Is Collected on This Site?

User-Provided Information
“Personal Information” is information that can be used to identify you or the potential participant in the DCP Championship or allow someone to contact you or the participant, as well as information attributed with such information. We collect Personal Information such as your name and the name of the potential participant, your relation to the potential participant, your email address and other information.

Site Usage Information
As is the case with many web sites, our servers automatically collect your IP address when you visit our Site, and we may associate that with your domain name or that of your Internet access provider. We may also capture certain “clickstream data” pertaining to your Site usage.
